“Hotel Hanza is an excellent Hotel in a great location. We were very fortunate to a room with a view on the water front. And also a balcony (massive bonus as only 2)The room was very spacious and traditional with modern touches. Complimentory water, tea and coffee etc.We also had a lovely bottle of wine in the room, which made it even more special. We had a problem with the toilet which was fixed promptly. Only marked down facilities as didn't use them lol.Didnt have much interaction with the staff……

“Beautifully located, good, clean hotel.”

“Good location and near to old town. It is around 15 mins walk to Central station or Fourm shopping mall. The room is good enough for 3 people and it is clean and tidy.”

“Room is clean Staffs are friendly Good laundry room and common area”

“Nice ”

“We were staying in a twins room. The room size is good enough for two people, it's great we couldn't hear the sound of outside and it could keep us in a quite place. The facilities in the rooms are in good condition and very clean. It's located in the center of the city, walk around 20 minutes to train station though. But you can choose to take tram there. Overall the price for this room is worth staying.”
